Spread over two floors, Villa Margherita combines comfort and cosiness with the charm of an old house. Upstairs you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, while downstairs are the two bedrooms: a larger one, which can also serve as a small living area, with a very good sofa bed, small library, TV and balcony with a view, as well as a smaller bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with shower.
All rooms have air conditioning, plus stone heaters, and upstairs there is a pellet stove for pleasant warmth in the colder season. There is a bathroom/WC with shower. The house also has a fibre-optic connection/Wi-Fi.

On the 1st floor you will find the spacious living and kitchen area with a very well-equipped kitchen, where you can spend your time in the house relaxed and well taken care of – or even invite guests.
From a cosy sofa and dining area and indirect lighting to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, orange juicer, tableware for up to 10 people and a central island with bar stools, there is little left to be desired..

Living & sleeping area on the ground floor
Whether for retreat or as a sleeping area – on the ground floor you will find another living area with a very good and comfortable sofa bed, a small library incl. a collection of games, TV and balcony with a wonderful view.
The house has permanently installed mosquito nets on all windows; the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures when needed.

Bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor
On the ground floor you will find another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with shower.
In the bedroom you can sleep like royalty on new, pleasantly medium-firm mattresses. In the morning, you can let the sun wake you and enjoy a wonderful view. The bathroom is small but lovely and equipped with a shower. A hairdryer and shampoo/shower gel are also provided for you. We also provide towels and bed linen.
